As of 1 April 2026, the administrative branch of Koning Belastingadviseurs and Finescon merged into one. Below you can see who the two parties were, and what the new Finescon is today.

Anton Krone leads the combined Finescon. With 15 years of experience in administration, he took over management of the Koning administrative practice as of 1 January 2026, and as of 1 April 2026 — upon the merger — also took over daily leadership of Finescon from Miguel. He is the central point of contact for all administrative and operational matters.

As of 1 January 2026 he transferred the administrative branch to Syntheo Holding B.V. and continues independently as a tax advisor — focused on the complex fiscal work where he adds the most value. As of 1 January 2027 he reclaims the brand name for his own independent practice.

The administrative branch — the team that handles your day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll administration, and annual accounts — will continue under the name Finescon, part of Syntheo Holding B.V.

Bernard Koning opens the doors as an independent tax advisory firm, growing it into a trusted name for business owners in the Lelystad region and beyond — with expertise in income tax, corporate tax, estate planning, and appeals procedures.
Bernard Koning sells the administrative branch of Koning Belastingadviseurs to Syntheo Holding B.V. Anton Krone is appointed as Administrative Manager and takes over day-to-day operations. Bernard himself continues as an independent tax advisor.
The administrative branch of Koning Belastingadviseurs merges with Finescon on 1 April 2026. Anton Krone takes over day-to-day management from Miguel and becomes responsible for the combined organisation continuing under the name Finescon. The full integration is completed during 2026.
All client files, systems, and processes are fully migrated to Finescon. For existing clients, nothing changes in substance: same contacts, same quality, same personal approach.
Bernard Koning reclaims the brand name Koning Belastingadviseurs for his own independent fiscal advisory practice — focused on complex tax advice, appeals procedures, and estate planning. Finescon continues unchanged as the administrative organisation under Anton Krone.
